If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Any merchandise returned must be in the original box with all packaging in resalable form or credit will not be issued. Any merchandise returned after 30 days is eligible for store credit only. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back to us. Any Non-Stock items will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Any shortages MUST be reported within 7 days after receipt of the order.
